1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Next-Order platform operated by GetNextOrder Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Next-Order is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered CRM and WhatsApp/Instagram messaging automation for businesses. The service includes automated customer responses, order management, product catalog management, and business analytics.
3. Subscription Plans
- Three plans available: Starter, Growth, and Pro
- Monthly billing cycle
- No refunds on monthly subscriptions
- Plan features and limits are as described at the time of subscription
- We reserve the right to update plan pricing with 30 days notice
4. Acceptable Use
- No spam, unsolicited messaging, or automated bulk messaging
- No illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Must comply with Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform policies
- Business use only — personal accounts are not permitted
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to customers via AI
5. Data Ownership
Businesses retain full ownership of their customer data, messages, and order history. GetNextOrder Ltd acts as a data processor, handling data only to provide the agreed-upon services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime for our platform services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Meta APIs, 360dialog).
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
- Data can be exported upon request before account deletion
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms immediately
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GetNextOrder Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for one month of your current subscription plan.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
